At Laline, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your self-care routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include a copy of your original invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
